The Mahogany “50s Style” neck has a chunkier feel, compared to the slim taper of later Les Paul designs, giving you comfortable thumb support moving around the neck. The Burstbucker Humbuckers on the ‘50s standard have a warmer output featuring Alnico II magnets producing that classic PAF-style sound. Rich and warm in tone, these pickups give you a beefy low-end and clear mid-range, whilst being able to handle clarity in overdriven gain when turned up to the max.
