The 1976 Fender Telecaster showcases a sleek, minimalist design that has made the Telecaster a favorite among guitarists since its inception. The Blonde finish offers a creamy, translucent hue that allows the natural grain of the ash body to subtly show through, providing a classic and elegant look.
Specifications:
This is a true vintage guitar from 1976. It came to us well played and misused - The fretboard was worn out, frets were end of life, there was a humbucker installed as "middle pickup" ... needless to say that it needed love, a lot of love and patience to bring this piece back to life. And now, here we are ... it sounds brilliant - like it should. These are the repairs that have been done : - The nut was broken and replaced with a bone nut - Re-fretted - The worn out rosewood fretboard was sanded and brought back to its original radius - Neck was re-fitted to have the best possible position and playability - Hole in the body (where the humbucker was installed) filled with the correct wood and refinished on that spot - Old pickguard is replaced by a handmade 3-ply one to match the original - Saddle screws were glued (we still don't know why) but are fully functional again - Jack-output was replaced (now Switchcraft) because the old one was broken - Controlplate was replaced because there were holes drilled in the original one, replaced by an original - Switch tip was lost, and replaced - Cleaned - Re-strung with 10-46 - Intonation All repairs were done by our Pro-luthier with respect for the vintage caracter of the guitar
