The Ernie Ball Burly Slinky strings have a thicker low-end than a normal set of 11s would have making these great for heavier rhythms or drop tunings. The Burly Strings are a healthy mixture between a standard set of 11s and 12s and definitely for the player that prefers their strings a little bit thicket than normal.
